- Manage day-to-day office operations, such as managing correspondence, schedules, and maintaining office supplies,
- Order, organize and track all products for our projects.
- Take initiative to strengthen our marketing strategies and initiatives. Contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients.
- Oversee human resource functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Function as a liaison between the management team and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources (PHR cert. preferred) or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Proven office management and human resources experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend)
- Experience marketing a small business.
