  • Working in administration in various departments
  • Performing commercial, administrative, and organizational tasks
  • Assuming secretarial duties
  • Documenting and managing processes
  • Evaluating statistics
  • Getting to know the processes and organizations within the company

What makes you stand out:

  • You have a good school leaving certificate: at least a middle school diploma, ideally with accounting
  • You have ideally already completed an internship or similar in an office and enjoyed the tasks
  • You have already gained initial experience with MS Office programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • You enjoy making phone calls and organizing, as well as having an interest in commercial contexts
  • You are open-minded, communicative, enjoy working in a team, and are willing to take on responsibility
  • Your key qualifications: team orientation, flexibility, organizational skills
