I'm a Manager with over ten years of experience in the field. I've always been passionate about helping people, which drew me to this line of work. I love creating programs and services that make a difference in people's lives, whether helping them learn a new skill, connecting them with like-minded individuals, or providing support in times of need.

One of the things I'm most proud of is my ability to develop and manage effective membership programs. Over the years, I've honed my member engagement, retention, and recruitment skills. I have worked in different roles, including Sales Manager, Night Auditor/Front Desk Manager, and Office Manager, where I provided supervision, oversight, and accountability for complex projects, managed projects, and delegated tasks to volunteers and staff. Additionally, you have core competencies in database management, project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

My most relevant education is a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, which I am pursuing at Augsburg University. I am expected to graduate in May 2023. The fundamental courses you have taken in this program include Problem-Solving for Business, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Macroeconomics, and Project management.
