Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in managing complex production processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Implement strategies to increase productivity and production efficiency while maintaining product quality.
Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure optimal production levels.
Oversee a team of supervisors and workers, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training and development opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with broader company goals.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of production management principles.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
