Job Description:
Your Role
Lead time sensitive, high impact, cross functional and high visibility initiatives. Partner with North America Product Strategy to implement new products, product changes and product rationalization. Clearly communicate and execute implementation plans. Be a change agent for Invesco.
You will be responsible for:
- Deliver desired business results in line with Invesco's strategic priorities
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with increased focus on presentation skills
- Effectively utilize established project management techniques and methodologies
- Possess understanding of organizational interdependencies
- Develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with internal clients and manage through complex organizational structures
- Work closely with Product Strategy and other key stakeholders to implement new products, product changes, and product rationalization
The experience you bring:
- 35 years industry experience Experience working with larger business initiatives Preference for background in product Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Experience with product development / management Understanding of the investment markets, assets classes, products and product structures
