- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Integrity, caring and team work are a must
- Loan processing and support from application beginning to end
- Communication including answering questions, updating and problem solving through out process
- Researching, obtaining, reviewing, & correcting information
- Creation and review of loan contracts and other documents necessary to the process
- Customer service and follow up
- Sales and management support
- General office duties & tasks common to running an office
