- Use all available methods to complete verifications (phone, email, text, web search, etc.) to reduce our average time to complete verifications.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with dealer partners and our customers.
- Communicate to the sales department any delays in funding or problems with documentation.
- Validate land ownership, when necessary, by calling customer and/or researching county websites
- Validate documents received by dealer and customer for completeness and accuracy.
- Process lease and/or finance packages
- Finalize completed contracts for funding.
- Maintains established levels of quality and error rates to ensure company standards are met.

Objective
The Processing Team is the first line of defense when it comes to ensuring accurate and complete information is received from our customers and dealers, prior to funding a deal. The primary responsibility of the Processing Specialist is to collect and validate documentation required to fund our dealer partners and onboard customers. A Processing Specialist will be responsible for processing incoming documentation and/or related job tasks to their assigned product/process.
