YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development, creation and revision of processes, workflows and standards including their descriptions for the purchasing department of the entire Preh Group
- Preparation and professional support of assessments and audits as well as analysis of results and implementation of measures
- Identification of possible optimizations of processes and workflows as well as derivation and implementation of measures regarding user-friendliness, efficiency and transparency
- Conducting trainings for the global purchasing departments
- Support and advice for the purchasing departments on all questions regarding the purchasing process, including moderation for process optimizations
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed degree, e.g. in business administration or industrial engineering or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility, ideally in the automotive industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing processes as well as relevant standards (e.g. ISO, IATF, VDA) and good knowledge of operational purchasing
- Sound SAP and MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
- High level of analytical and conceptual thinking
- Confident appearance, very good communication, coordination and teamwork skills
