- $ 23.00 – 29.00 per hour (non-exempt)
- Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (30-minute lunch)
- Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Work experience in supplier relations, data analysis, parts forecasting, inventory analysis and/or finished goods supply chain management desired
- Experience with SAP or other large ERP system preferred
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
- Analytical and organized
- Strong vendor relations and time management skills
- Review and analyze assigned group of domestic suppliers
- Ensure supplier conformance to policy and procedures
- Negotiate with suppliers on a continuing basis
- Prioritize supply issues by engaging in root cause and countermeasure solutions analysis
- Analyze inventory levels to ensure demands are met utilizing various reporting functions i.e. open or delinquent POs, low stock, out of stock and backorders, customer demand, accelerated demand trends, seasonality
- Support various other inventory control activities including, but limited to, stock adjustments, scrap transactions, credit memos, vendor returns, and vendor chargebacks
- Other related duties as assigned
