    We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Professional.

    As an expert in your craft, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our customer base.

    If you are constantly challenging the status quo, possess strong business acumen, and excel at building relationships, we want to hear from you.


    Responsibilities:


    Quickly assess and understand the business environment and needs of prospects and customers, and effectively communicate the business value of Adopt.

    Engage and establish rapport with executives and line of business professionals, developing strong relationships to drive business opportunities.

    Utilize your 1-3 years of B2B telesales or business development experience to generate leads and nurture prospects, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.

    Manage high volumes of leads, ensuring efficient follow-up and conversion rates, while building relationships with key stakeholders.
    Demonstrate superior written, oral communication, and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services.
    Conduct account mapping exercises and develop prospecting strategies to identify and engage potential customers.
    Thrive in a collaborative team environment, working closely with other departments to align business objectives and achieve sales targets.
    Possess a systematic but flexible approach, self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams effectively.

    Have the capacity to hit the ground running, utilizing your intuitive nature and adaptability to contribute to the success of the team.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Proven track record in B2B telesales or business development, with a history of successfully managing high volumes of leads and building/maintaining relationships.

    Demonstrated expertise in marketing lead nurturing and qualification, understanding the importance of effective lead management.

    Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly assess and understand customer needs, applying the business value of Adopt to drive sales.

    Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    Experience in conducting account mapping and developing prospecting strategies to identify and target potential customers.
    Eagerness to make 50+ contacts daily, showcasing your determination and commitment to achieving results.
    Self-motivated, systematic, and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Collaborative team player, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
