    Senior Cost Engineer (Construction) position at Client Place in New York City. Full-Time employment with 7 to 10 years of experience. Salary range: Competitive employees at the company headquarters in Houston, TX.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7-10 years of experience in cost engineering within the construction industry
    • Strong financial analysis and data management skills
    • Effective collaboration and communication skills
    • Industry knowledge and experience in optimizing cost management strategies
    • Proficiency in PowerBI or similar dashboard tools
    • Ability to work onsite in New York City

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Utilize expertise in cost engineering to accurately estimate project costs and forecast cash flows
    • Manage and analyze financial data to inform decision-making processes
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control measures are effectively implemented
