    Description

    Job Title: Cost Control Engineer

    Company: Schiavone Corporate



    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise monthly closing and prepare executive summary for Project Manager and Executive Team.
    • Prepare forecast for next 6 and 12 month billing cycle.
    • Preparation and analysis of various reports to ensure accurate project status reflection.
    • Prepare weekly cost trend charts.
    • Prepare subcontractor payment requisitions and monthly reports.
    • Review MWDBE and SBE payments and owner reporting requirements.
    • Supervise subcontractors, service agreements, purchase orders, and change orders.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with financial background.
    • 2-3 years' experience in cost control/engineering in construction field.
