    Job DescriptionInfinium is an electrofuels provider on a mission to decarbonize the world. Electrofuels are a new class of synthetic fuels made using renewable power and waste carbon dioxide, not petroleum or resources needed to produce food. Infinium electrofuels can be dropped into existing trucks, planes, and ships, significantly reducing harmful carbon dioxide emissions compared to fossil-based fuels. In addition to helping the transport industry meet carbon reduction goals, Infinium electrofuels are a lower carbon alternative for chemical processing, including plastics production. The ideal candidate will enjoy a dynamic role that will evolve with the growth of the company.
    The AP Lead will perform general account payables responsibilities further described below, supporting all areas of the business.

    The position is full-time and will be located in Midtown Sacramento, CA with a hybrid office schedule, minimum four days in the office.


    Duties/Responsibilities:· Verify and reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receipts· Vendor management – collecting vendor details to onboard· Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors· Ensure bills are billed timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures· Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges· Reconcile monthly statements and transactions· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues· Investigate project variances to complete PO matching

    Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree or Associate in Accounting,· 3+ years of recent work experience,· Knowledge of accounting principles (prepaid, capex v. opex, etc) and/or GL accounting experience in a non-PO backed environment· Thrives in a fast-paced environment to be able to implement new processes and procedures· Familiarity with Excel skills or self-motivated to learn· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the company· Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks· Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system and any AP automation platform preferred (e.g. Tipalti or )· Familiar with project accounting or multi-entity accounting in a construction or manufacturing setting

    Salary Range
    $66,000/year - $70,000/year
