David AuClair

After graduating from high school in Folsom, California, David AuClair attended California State University, Sacramento. A student who balanced his studies in accountancy while operating a local health club, David graduated from CSUS with his Bachelor of Science, Business Administration (Accountancy). Following college, he worked as an accounting associate for one of the top ten public accounting firms in the nation.

David AuClair joined CliftonLarsonAllen in 2017. Passionate to empower those around him, David quickly volunteered to join the On Campus Recruiting team to help students navigate the path from college to career. Given the opportunity to prepare his own motivational speeches, feedback from the attendees of these presentations inspired David to pursue a career he truly could resonate with.

After three busy seasons with CLA, in an effort to pursue his dreams, David joined the family at Robert Half Accounting & Finance as a Recruiting Manager in July of 2019.
Due to the COVID pandemic, David pivoted out of Agency Recruiting and returned to the world of public accounting by joining Measured Results as their first internal Head of Talent Acquisition.

Mr. David AuClair is aspiring to be one of the top Talent Acquisition professional's in the market. While he wouldn’t brand himself as a leader just quite yet, he has his eyes set on a legacy of achievement, through putting others first, leading by example, & letting integrity guide his every decision.

As a 7x skydiver and avid fan of Netflix's show Daredevil and studier of the psychology behind Daredevil, I resonate with Matt Murdock on many levels. "If an angel can fall, can a devil rise? David AuClair has a desire to seek out what it means to be a champion in all areas of life. By studying mentors and subjects such as Ed Mylett, Stephanie McMahon, Gary Vaynerchuk, Marcus Edwards, Tim Mackie, & The Psychology of Daredevil, David hopes that he can take everything he has learned to inspire everyone around him to not settle, but to dream, turn those dreams into goals, & to CRUSH those goals.

Internal recruiting for any type of role. My experience in recruiting so far has been accountants, but I'm open to technical recruiting/industry switches. Hybrid models are best, I like to stay home but also want an office where I can go see my co workers. I would be open to relocate for the right role. Ideally I would like to work with a company that is scaling up and experiencing rapid growth. 

11 years in Operations, 2.5 years in Accounting, and 2 years in Recruiting (1 year agency, 1 year internal)
