Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

You will play a vital role in ensuring timely payments to our vendors and suppliers.


Responsibilities:


  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently, matching them with purchase orders and receipts
  • Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders and receiving reports
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies as well as monitor accounts to ensure payments are current
  • Maintain accurate records and files of invoices and payments

Experience:


  • Previous experience in accounts payable with extensive use of excel spreadsheets.
Strong attention to accuracy in assuring that invoices are directed to the correct account and location. Excellent organizational and time-management skills and quick to learn computer software programs dedicated to our industry.
