Matthew Kelley

I provide excellent customer service to landscaping clients by performing lawn maintenance including the mowing of lawns, trimming hedges, shrubs, and trees; planting new vegetation; and raking leaves. I maintain and repair equipment, remove debris, and respond to customers inquiries.  I have excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time and superb written and verbal skills to communicate with the owner and clients. I respond to customer’s questions and concerns quickly to ensure I not only meet but exceed their expectations.

in addition to landscape skills, I have worked as an Administrative Assistance for Kelley Commercial. Worked each summer assisting with researching properties, analyzing property data, coordinating meetings using Outlook and Teams, developing reports for management, and updating the office website.  I created company correspondence in Word and stored it on Sharepoint, developed and maintained Excel spreadsheets including an index of client names, addresses, and payments.  I photocopied documents, answered phone calls, purchased IT and office supplies, filed plans, maintained the office budget and performed invoice analysis, accounts payable and receivable. I created desk procedures and processes. I provided excellent customer service to clients and was extremely detailed oriented to ensure analysis was accurate.
