- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in large ERP software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent role.
