    We are looking for a

    Facilities Coordinator

    to join our team.

    What You'll Do
    Assists team members and outside contractors by coordinating facility maintenance and repair
    Supports clinics to ensure repairs and maintenance services are completed correctly and on time
    Facilitates ticket service system to make sure requests are responded to and closed appropriately
    Assists in ensuring facility compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations
    Assists in ensuring a safe work environment for all offices and clinics
    Arranges for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems
    Oversees the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
    Tracks regular and ad-hoc facility expenses and maintains an updated record of invoices from external vendors
    Assists with construction related projects as required
    Documents standardized processes and procedures
    What You'll Need
    High School Diploma or equivalent required
    Minimum one (1) year of any type of repair or maintenance experience required, two (2) years preferred
    Experience in facilities, construction or vendor management preferred
    Experience with Service Channel Computerized Maintenance Management System preferred
    Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
    Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and regulations
