    We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team.

    What We OfferMedical, dental, vision and life insuranceShort and long-term disability coverage401(k) plan3 weeks paid time off in your first year + paid holidaysDiscounts on braces and clear aligners for you and your family membersWhat Youll DoAssists team members and outside contractors by coordinating facility maintenance and repairSupports clinics to ensure repairs and maintenance services are completed correctly and on timeFacilitates ticket service system to make sure requests are responded to and closed appropriatelyAssists in ensuring facility compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulationsAssists in ensuring a safe work environment for all offices and clinicsArranges for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systemsOversees the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the buildingTracks regular and ad-hoc facility expenses and maintains an updated record of invoices from external vendorsAssists with construction related projects as requiredDocuments standardized processes and proceduresWhat Youll NeedHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum one (1) year of any type of repair or maintenance experience required, two (2) years preferredExperience in facilities, construction or vendor management preferredExperience with Service Channel Computerized Maintenance Management System preferredBasic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and ExcelBasic knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and regulationsThis is the perfect opportunity to grow with an expanding organization Apply todaySmile Doctors and all our affiliating practices are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and welcome diversity in our organization.
