    Responsible for managing Business Resumption Command Center (BRCC)

    Operational Administration, Lead Environmental Coordinator, and Vehicle Inventory/Registrations/Sales. This job will also oversee and coordinate facilities vendor contracts.

    What you'll do Manages Business Resumption Command Center (BRCC) facility maintenance operations Manages Skyview Campus Service Vendor Contracts by initiating bids as needed, including price negotiations, and seeking approvals for new/updated contracts.

    Schedules Campus preventative maintenance inspections Serves as the Skyview Campus Lead Environmental Coordinator Assists facility maintenance department with Skyview Campus projects as needed and assigned by coordination and oversight Performs setup for electronic payments as well as processing invoices Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, requiring evening/night/weekend schedules Ability to work on rotation as on-call Manager on Duty for after-hours/weekend concerns On-call 1 weeks for every 6 weeks for evening and weekend emergencies On-site after-hours maintenance supervision, as neededAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience High School diploma or GED Equivalency Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience Facilities maintenance experience including prior electrical, mechanical, and plumbing EPA/TCEQ environmental commercial/industrial site management Skills, Licenses & Certifications Knowledge of computer skills to include Excel and Database Strong problem solving and organizational skills Ability to self-manageWhat you'll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:
