    The Facilities Coordinator is a member of the Facilities Team.

    We are seeking someone highly motivated, hospitality-focused, an effective decision-maker, and able to balance working independently and being a team player.

    This person will be an important part of our team, taking ownership of key areas of our office, supplies, and facilities assistance.

    What You Will DoProvides outstanding, proactive Customer Service to internal and external clientsManages all-office cateringPartners with shared services to ensure the complete and successful execution of internal and client eventsPartner with the Office Manager for large-scale internal, external, and industry event facilitationLiaise with vendors for scheduled/non-scheduled emergency/non-emergency maintenance and be on site for anyemergency repairsManage all maintenance requests; temperature, plumbing, lighting, etc.; Notifying the Office ManagerMonitor and maintain the pantry, conference rooms, teaming areas, common spaces, and others when needed; vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, tidyingMonitor, inventory, and orderSchedule and facilitate timely setups of furniture for meetings and eventsAssist with conference room setups, including food and beverage set-up, pick-up of food orders,pin-up boards, and posters, breakdown, and clean-up after meetings, cleaning all conferenceroom tables and chairs at the end of meetingsDaily office disinfecting and cleaning of common areasAssist with outside pickups and deliveries as neededCrosstrain in ReceptionEnsure proper purchase and payment, billing, and coding for internal catering servicesSeeks to continuously improve processes, systems, and customer serviceYour Qualifications3+ years of facilities experienceExperience with mailroom equipment (scanning, faxing, copying, metering)Must have computer proficiency (MS Office)High school Diploma or equivalentMay regularly lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

    and move (push mail cart) over 50 lbs.
