    Are you a professional who has a solid background in building relationships and a passion for selling and providing top-tier business technology solutions to your clients?As we grow nationwide, we have a great opportunity for a MANAGED IT OUTSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE supporting clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.

    Outside sales team members participate in an 8-week sales development program, where you will receive in-depth training on our products, the Novatech sales model and best-in-the-business internal tools and resources.

    During training, you will gain hands on experience with the help of our Learning and Development team through live coaching and peer to peer development.

    Additionally, you will have ongoing development opportunities throughout the year that will increase your technical and sales skills, as well as product knowledge.

    In this role, we are looking for Sales Athletes that can be described as creative, diligent, tenacious, passionate, intuitive, big picture thinkers, optimistic, self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.


    Your Job:
    Seeking out new Managed IT / Managed Office opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipelineMaking sales calls to current and prospective Managed Office customers to identify problemsCalling, canvasing, networking, and maintaining centers of influencePartnering with VP, Managed IT on continual business development processesMaintaining knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position Novatech's products and servicesBuilding sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specializationEstablishing a professional working and consultative relationship with the customer, by developing a core understanding of their unique business needsContributing to proposal development, QA verification, negotiations and deal closingsWorking closely with and supporting Business Technology Advisors / Sales Managers, providing technical expertise and support, and participating in client engagements up to C- level engagements for more complex solutions in smaller accountsPerforming functional/configuration analysis and project requestsDesigning and documenting data flows, processes and business rulesAssisting in training classes and provide support as needed for all sales and service personnelSetting the stage for a smooth handoff from Sales to Service with new clientsYou're Good at:Communicating and building business relationshipsDeveloping and nurturing a 90-day business pipelineProblem solving and analytical tasksWorking with all levels of managementPresentations and demonstrationsInnovative sales solutionsYou Bring to Novatech:Bachelor's degree3+ years of B2B sales experienceExperience in Managed IT or Managed Office salesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedInStrong interpersonal and social skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentIndustry experience is a plusNovatech, Inc
