I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Studies from the University of Wales, where I acquired a solid foundation in various aspects of business management. Building upon this knowledge, I pursued a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Commercial and Public International Law.
Drawing upon my entrepreneurial drive, I ventured into the business world, starting as a General Manager at an automation company. In this role, I honed my skills in project management, process optimization, and team leadership. Subsequently, I embarked on a rewarding journey as a Founding Partner, where I successfully conceptualized and established a thriving restaurant, London Grill. These experiences enhanced my strategic thinking, customer-centric approach, and business development abilities.
Recently, I have dived deep into the world of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), with a particular focus on D365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sales. As a Consultant, I had the privilege of implementing D365 CRM Sales in a prominent telecommunication company in Pakistan, where I witnessed firsthand the positive impact of the system on streamlined customer engagement, efficient sales processes, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Now, I am eagerly looking forward to a career transition into the field of D365 CRM and ERP as a Microsoft CRM and ERP Functional Consultant.
