    Senior Sales Executive

    We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The Senior Sales Executive will lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including Fortune 500 companies and influential CXO executives.
    • Lead by example in prospecting, engaging, and closing high-value deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as general contractors and dealers, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
    • Identifying and converting sales targets, including tracking sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activities, including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and closing high-dollar contracts with Fortune 500 companies.
    • Led a team of sales consultants (3-5), including guiding them in the process of closing contracts and having negotiation conversations.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights for informed decision-making.
    • Deal with upscale general contractors to ensure seamless project progress from inception to completion.
    • Accountable for creating sales plans and strategies that align with company objectives
    • Responsible for mentoring sales consultants to negotiate terms of sales and pricing and for learning how to close contracts/sales efficiently and effectively.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to deliver a seamless customer experience.

    Requirements

    • Hunter mentality with a passion for generating new business revenue.
    • Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop your skillset and be open to coaching and feedback
    • Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills with a comfortability talking to C-level decision-makers
    • Quick learner who will implement coaching as quickly as possible without the need for repeat coaching/guidance on the same issues
    • Experience with solution-based selling with an emphasis on qualification, asking follow-up questions, understanding unique customer needs
    • Proficient in managing many different opportunities with sales cycles
    • Prioritization and time management skills to successfully focus on the most pressing tasks in a given day
    • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with the negotiation of contracts.
    • College degree in Business Administration or related field
