    About the company

    Our client is a Cell & Gene Therapy Biotech organization based in Boston. They are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join them to responsibility for all administrative matters in managing a successful biotechnology company

    Key Responsibilities:

    Experience in managing day to day administrative tasks including communication with different teams and general office management responsibilities.

    Outlook Scheduling, Resources Allocation, Budget Management, Contract Negotiating, Portfolio Finances, Conflict Resolution, Governance/Sr. Leadership Meeting Prep & Execution, Portfolio Project LifeCycle, Operations Management, Project Implementation, Purchasing , Travel arrangements, Experience in managing documents online through SharePoints.

    Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint) and Google Workspace Suite.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    High school graduate with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience, preferably from the biotechnology or life science industry.

    Full-time role, office based (on-site).
