Starting salary of $50,000 annually.This position is located at
5 Burlington Woods Suite 205 Burlington, MA 01803

- Opening and closing the Site daily during hours of operations.
- Manage front desk reception and overall facility needs (keys, FOBs, equipment maintenance, site maintenance).
- Manage Student and Staff badge/ID process.
- Inventory and ordering of office and nursing supplies.
- Oversees office technology and equipment (staff computers and chrome books).
- P-Card reconciliation and Procurement.
- Manage operational calendar (PTO, Exams, Events, Room Scheduling).
- Conducts Site Tours and assist in planning and executing on-site events.
- Validate appropriate identification as necessary for admission to exam.
- Proctor on-site exams, oversee and schedule Exam Proctors ensuring policy and procedures are followed.
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative capacity for large department/function.
- An equivalent combination of work experience and education/training may be substituted.
- Experience in a higher education environment is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
