    A.S.Z. Caring Hearts Inc. is presently seeking a part-time (20+ hours) Administrative Assistant/ HHA for the Broward area. The job entails working closely with the company owner to facilitate the seamless and efficient operation of business. Being bilingual is a prerequisite for the position, and possessing a level 2 background A.H.C.A. and some computer experience in Word and Microsoft Excel. Additionally, candidates must have experience working with people with developmental disabilities and may be required to cover cases in an emergency. Reliable transportation is a must.

    The following key skills are required for this role:-

    Customer service experience and excellent phone etiquette.-

    Friendly, organized, and able to multitask

    .- Proficient in P.C./Mac usage, including Excel, Word, Google Docs, Sheets, email, etc

    .- Professional appearance and excellent English-speaking skills.

    Ability to work independently and learn new skills quickly.

    Familiarity with I-Connect and HHA-Exchange.- Minimum of one year in a staffing/recruiting position.

    Professional experience in customer service.

    Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements.

    Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in varying situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multitask and work independently.

    Experienced in using telephones with multiple lines, multitasking on several calls, and maintaining professionalism.- Exceptional problem

    Solving abilities are a requirement; schedule conflicts are bound to arise and will require creative solutions.

    Administrative Assistant 20+ hours a week, rotating weekends, and must have transportation. The following qualifications are necessary:

    High School Diploma.

    HHA/CNA Certificate.

    Level II background check.

    Local Background check.

    Completion of a 75/hr. Accredited Home Health Aide Training course, which includes the following:

    Reliable transportation.

    O.S.H.A./Infection Control/Blood Bourne Pathogens.

    Domestic Violence.

    H.I.V./Aids.

    Alzheimer's.

    CPR.

    HIPPA.

    First aid/C.P.R. Required.

    Proof of legal residency.

    At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
