Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Manage office tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
  • Utilize Google Suite for various office functions
  • Proofread documents for errors and ensure accuracy
  • Provide clerical support to the team as needed

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of personal assistant duties is a plus
