- Reviews and verifies accuracy of data; process invoices and generates reports.
- Scans and files forms and documents using electronic/manual filing systems.
- Picks up, sorts and distributes correspondence and materials.
- Provides front office coverage by greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate persons and/or answering phones, routing calls, and taking messages.
- Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies, assists with facilitating office equipment repairs.
- Prepares letters/memos and purchase order requisitions.
- Handles travel authorization requests and processes reimbursements.
- Routes actions to appropriate departments and follows through
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Customer and Personal Service - General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
