    Extremely reputable company with many high-end clientsFocuses on multiple technical industries and buildings with high budget projectsAbout Our ClientThis general contractor focuses on the development of it's employees, career growth, and leadership opportunitiesThey have continuously generated high levels of revenue in Texas, and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their teamReputable construction company with a steep project portfolio ranging from multifamily projects for the next 3+ yearsJob DescriptionEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

    The Successful ApplicantAt least 6+ years as a project manager of ground-up multifamily ground up experienceGood tenure with past companiesFull understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and duties of all subordinate staff, including all levels of Superintendent and Project Management, and the coordination of these positions.
