Job Location:

DUTIES:
- Manage Construction Projects of varying sizes & scopes:
- Manage superintendents;
- Manage subcontractors; and
- Manage project budget and schedule
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Blueprint reading
- Estimating
- Time management
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- MS Project (Gantt charts)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Solid understanding of multiple trades
- Focus on quality workmanship
- Good communication/writing skills
