Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all construction projects from start to completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Implement and enforce safety regulations on all job sites
- Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders regularly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction management
- Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, ProCore, or Primavera
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction processes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam for project documentation
Pay:
$84, $91,574.00 per year
