Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and oversee all construction projects from start to completion
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations on all job sites
  • Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders regularly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in construction management
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, ProCore, or Primavera
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction processes
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam for project documentation

$84, $91,574.00 per year
