Up to 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strong desire to grow into a Project Manager role.


A leading Commercial General Contractor is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as an Up-and-Coming Project Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager or a motivated individual with up to 5 years of experience in the construction industry who is ready to take the next step in their career.

As an Up-and-Coming Project Manager, you will work closely with our experienced project management team to oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
  • Assist in budget management, cost tracking, and forecasting.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the project management team in achieving project goals and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with exposure to commercial projects preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar is a plus.

Pay:
$95, $115,000.00 per year
