    Description

    As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization.

    Your responsibilities will involve handling payroll tasks, maintaining records, and adhering to company policies and legal regulations. This individual will utilize ADP and other relevant systems to process payroll for employees. They will calculate and enter employee hours, deductions, and adjustments accurately. This person will review payroll data to ensure completeness and correctness.

    The coordinator will ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations, investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly and stay up-to-date with payroll-related legal requirements.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 1+ years of experience processing payroll
    • Experience using ADP
    • Background coming from a larger corporation (minimum 500 employees)
    • Good communication skills and attention to detail


    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

    Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
