?Acquire of loan projects (mainly syndicated loans). Calls, Attend meetings with banks in the Americas and Europe to obtain deals.
?Gather and Provide information regarding to loan transactions such as term sheet, information memorandums etc.
?Investigate, analyze, and prepare reports on acquired projects.
?Conducted surveys on items instructed by the head office, make a report in English.
?Contact with the agent banks etc. regarding the project execution procedure, interest payment after execution, etc.
?Response to the supervisory authorities
?Assistance for personnel development of trainees from the Head Office.
?Contribute to all aspects of our mission do that the Representative Office works functionally.
?Perform related duties as assigned by the Chief Representative.
?Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Salary $150K~250K (including bonuses)
