Position Summary:
We're on the lookout for an engaging and seasoned Clinic Director to helm our clinic's operations, champion clinical superiority, and guide our team in providing unparalleled patient care.

Leadership and Team Management:
Cultivate a motivating and cooperative atmosphere by offering decisive leadership and direction to both the clinical and administrative teams.
Operational Management:
Oversee the clinic's daily functions, encompassing appointment scheduling, financial planning, supply chain management, and adhering to health care regulations.
Clinical Governance:
Guarantee the provision of top-tier patient care by upholding clinical guidelines, endorsing evidence-based practices, and overseeing staff professional growth and education.
Growth and Development:
Propel the clinic's development through strategic planning, nurturing relationships with healthcare referrers, and seeking novel avenues for service enhancement.
Patient Engagement:
Excel in patient interaction by resolving any issues, achieving patient contentment, and maintaining the clinic's esteemed status for high-quality care.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or its equivalent.
Licensure and Certification:
Must be currently licensed to practice with valid CPR certification.
Experience:
Demonstrable leadership experience within a rehab environment, with a track record of contributing to clinic advancement.
Skills:
Strong business insight, excellent communication, leadership qualities, and adept at managing interpersonal relationships.
Organizational Abilities:
Proficient in juggling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and solving problems efficiently.
Physical Demands:
Mobility:
Frequent movement to aid patients and collaborate with therapists is required.
Lifting:
Ability to lift, carry, or assist with patient movement as necessary (up to 50 pounds).
Standing:
Needs to stand and walk for prolonged periods during therapy sessions.
Manual
Skills:
Skilled in utilizing therapeutic devices and equipment.
Sensory Abilities:
Keen observation and effective communication skills are essential.
Adaptability:
Must be flexible to adapt to variable tasks and schedules in a fast-paced medical setting.
Base Salary - USD $90,000 to $110,000
