ALOCS was founded in December of 2016 and hired our first employee in January of 2017 We are blessed to share that as ALOCS continues to explore opportunities that we are expanding at a fast pace, including additional properties, buildings, and most importantly our team members


OVERVIEW:
- will report to the Executive Director and then to the Assistant Executive Director, working in tandem with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to fulfill the vision and mission of ALOCS.
- be responsible for overseeing and developing the Clinical / Behavioral Health department including supervision, evaluation and overseeing all services, including but not limited to managing the day to day operations of the clinical and behavioral health clinic.
- have a positive and supportive attitude toward the agency and its overall success. This position provides both clinical and personnel supervision of the clinical staff.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop, plan and implement strategies for program continuation and growth.
  • Provide clinical training to clinical staff and interns.
  • Implement, evaluate and create policies and procedures needed for ongoing functionality of the clinic.
  • Conduct daily staff meetings, and provide clinical oversight/supervision to staff as needed.
  • Work with the team to process ongoing concerns. Work with others to solve problems, and have good decisionmaking skills.
  • Evaluate existing contract compliance, monitoring and reporting to ensure all goals are being met.
  • Work with the ALOCS Compliance Team on clinical documentation/forms to allow staff to provide the most accurate and appropriate billing and clinical services to the members.
  • Work with AHCCCS and insurance plans to provide most appropriate care for members.
  • Review, approve and sign new assessments and treatment plans. Provide clinical guidance to BHPP and BHT staff regarding documentation requirements.
  • Work with the Human Resources for recruiting and hiring new staff.
  • Manage and assign caseloads to staff, case managers and peer support staff as needed.
  • Review personnel files for compliance.
  • Work with other members of the team to ensure successful communication and coordination between ALOCS and corrections systems to encourage marketing of new members. May include visiting corrections facilities to determine the next best steps for participants who would like to attend the ALOCS program.
  • Recruitment of clinical interns, conduct outreach and maintain working relationships with graduate schools.
  • Other related tasks as requested by the Executive Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understand and willing to work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to provide Servant Leadership to ALOCS.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization; including written and oral communication.
  • Able to plan and organize, using appropriate time management skills.
  • Able to coach and mentor, and delegate tasks taking advantage of the team members strengths.

Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker:


  • Three to five years of progressively responsible program management experience and staff supervision.
  • Proven experience understanding and demonstrating clinical ability to lead (using servant leadership) a team of staff, including BHPP's, BHP's and BHT's.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in and adapt the culture of a multicultural, community based organization

$75, $90,000.00 per year
