Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


Oversee the completion of treatment plans by BCBAs, ensuring that authorizations are utilized effectively and services are delivered with maximum impact.

Hire and approve Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBAs within the region to ensure a high-quality team.

Conduct initial assessments for new clients, providing a foundation for tailored ABA services.

Lead parent orientation sessions for new families, offering support and guidance throughout the ABA process.

Monitor client and learner attendance and performance, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.

Report on key clinical and operational performance metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Provide clinical oversight for BCBA programming, treatment plans, and assessments, ensuring best practices are followed.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, members of the autism community, and ABA staff within the region.

Take ownership of the region, fostering growth and expansion while maintaining quality and integrity.

Requirements:


  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of ABA (preferred), including experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Capability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of clients, staff, and the general public.
  • Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to providing highquality services while adhering to ethical guidelines.
