Job Summary:
We seek a qualified and experienced Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight for our clinical services in Goodyear, Arizona.
This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care, developing and implementing clinical programs, and supervising a team of clinical professionals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree or Doctorate (PhD) in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Arizona
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with substance abuse counseling is a strong plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and direction for all clinical services
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs to ensure quality care
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinical department
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified clinical professionals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Develop and maintain clinical documentation and records
- Manage the clinical department budget
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in clinical care
- Represent the organization at professional meetings and conferences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a community mental health setting
- Experience with grant writing and securing funding
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay:
$67, $93,477.43 per year
