    Summary


    The Administration Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the administration team to ensure efficient and effective support for the operations and business units of DSV.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, coordinating team projects, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Duties and Responsibilities


    • Lead and manage the administration team to ensure efficient and effective support for the operations and business units of DSV.
    • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, document management, and other related tasks.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and data related to administrative tasks and projects.
    • Provide guidance and support to the team members, ensuring that they have the resources, tools, and training necessary to perform their tasks effectively.
    • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that administrative tasks and projects are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative tasks and processes.
    Educational background / Work experience


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the transportation and logistics industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading administrative teams.

    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the transportation and logistics industry.

    Supervisory Responsibilities (if any)


    • Lead and manage a team of administrative professionals.
    Preferred Qualifications


    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
    • Professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or other relevant certifications.
    Language skills


    • Fluent in English (oral and written)
    Computer Literacy


    • Proficiency in using various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and other relevant software programs.
