Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team.
As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Duties:
- Set appointments and manage that all appointments scheduled get seen
- Book all leads coming from outside avenues
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Support sales efforts by preparing marketing materials and coordinating property showings
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with sales and lead coordinating is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
