    Great opportunity for a long-term contract on the West side of Houston.

    The ideal candidate will be willing to work an on-site work schedule with a hybrid blend, however, I will still look at candidates who prefer fully remote.

    HOUSTON BASED CANDIDATES PLEASE

    JOB TITLE: Senior Lead Maximo Administrator

    JOB OVERVIEW: The Maximo Administrator will be the Product Owner for Maximo and will contribute to play a key role in the design, development, and customization of the company's Maximo system. Will serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for Maximo compliance, standardization, user support and data integrity for all disciplines participating in the program. Will be responsible for communicating data provisioning and facilitating software adoption across the organization in addition to maintaining, updating any current or adding of new configuration within the application to meet the organization's evolving business needs (includes Mobile).

    JOB DUTIES: The following represents the majority of the duties performed by the position, but is not meant to be all-inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary:

    Lead the company's administration and optimization of Maximo including system configurations, security, customization, and enhancements

    Work closely with team members to capture and define system requirements, develop solutions, and align system capabilities with organizational objectives

    Collaborate with business unit Site Administrators to evaluate, plan, and implement system improvements and new functionalities

    Establish and deliver training modules for Site Administrators on newly released and/or configured functionality

    In collaboration with Data Governance, design and implement standard processes for system usage, reporting, and analytics

    Handle the coordination of deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and patches of the system to ensure scalability, stability, and security

    Designing and configuring process workflows incorporating, alerts, actions, and approvals

    Implementing custom modifications and configurations into production environments

    Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex system issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges

    Configuring and maintaining automated data feeds from and to external systems using IBM Maximo APIs

    Stay abreast of emerging Maximo industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Computer Science, or related field highly preferred; Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree

    7-10 plus years of hands-on development and administrative experience with IBM Maximo (IBM MAS experience preferred. Currently on version

    In-depth knowledge of Maximo system administration, configuration, customization, and integration

    Strong proficiency in database management, SQL queries, and performance tuning

    Professional experience with software development life cycle, change management processes and integrated solutioning

    Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to accuracy and details

    Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong desire to deliver quality technical/configured solutions

    Must be a highly collaborative team player that possesses the ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced work environment
