- Partnerships and Corporate Returns
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting;
- CPA or CPA Candidate or Enrolled Agent or Experience
- Significant QuickBooks experience
- 5+ years tax preparation experience (1040, 1065, 1120 and 1120'S)
- Experience responding to IRS notices
- Ability to prepare tax returns & projections
- Ability to prepare payroll & property tax reports
- Full understanding of financial statement preparation and bank account reconciliation
- Ability to mentor and guide lower level staff
- Strong organization, communication, customer service, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with clients and coworkers

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strong Tax and Accounting Manager to join our family of accountants.
As a great Tax and Accounting Manager, you will get to work in a close team environment, work with friendly clients, have as much passion for business as for life, and have lots of room for opportunity in a growing firm.
We are an innovative, established and rapidly growing CPA firm with an immediate position for a great Tax and Accounting Manager.
Your responsibilities will be:
Communicate complex tax and accounting concepts to clients
Reviewing client QuickBooks files
Building financial statements (and explaining them to clients)
Preparing various tax reports including payroll tax and sales tax.
