SUMMARY:
The Account Manager is an integral position within the organization working closely with Implementations, Sales and Operations.
The Account Manager is responsible for understanding client goals and objectives, corporate communication of account status, assisting with client escalations, and ensuring client revenue, retention and growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide guidance via email correspondence, facilitating resources for customers to enhance their customer experience and maximize their product utilizationReport account status reviews to management weekly.
Assist in identifying revenue opportunities within the framework of the organization wide strategy.Work closely with multiple departments to coordinate client needs and resolve outstanding issues. Grow business by anticipating customer needs and providing a high level of customer services.
Additional duties as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 2 years of experience working with RealPage Products (Knock & G5)Experience working out of a queue, preferably in a help desk type setting.
Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results.
Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong experience using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, work independently and take initiative.
Proven ability to communicate clients' needs while prioritizing with organizational goals and initiatives. Ability to motivate others to achieve project deliverables.
Excellent follow up skills. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Bachelor's Degree in business, related field or equivalent. #LI-Remote#LI-EC1
