Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

• Lead the build and execution of ad campaigns,keyword expansion and ad copy development.
• Take charge of daily campaign pacing andoptimization, steering towards impactful KPIs that define success.
• Be the owner of bid, budget, targeting, andoptimization adjustments, ensuring the attainment of assigned KPIsand metrics.
• Collaborate with our SeniorManager, transforming raw data into actionable insights thatelevate media and website conversion rates.
• Nurture partnerships with search engines,pioneering the exploration of new-to-market offerings to propel usinto the forefront of industry innovation.
• Shine in weekly performance meetings withMarketing leadership, where your insights make a tangibledifference.
• Foster collaboration acrossinternal teams, working together with analytics and creative mindsto craft comprehensive advertiser solutions that resonate with thecustomer journey.
• Embrace the challenge oflearning and understanding new platforms, partners, andintegrations between Leaf Home's CRM database and the ever-evolvinglandscape of ad technology.
• Harness the powerof BI tools like Tableau to analyze data, collaborating with theMarketing Analytics team to drive results and enhanceefficiency.

Experienceand Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degreerequired
• 3+ years of direct experience in paidsearch.
• Expert understanding of advertisingcampaign setup in SA360, Google Ads andBing.
• Expert-level understanding and executionon real-time bid changes based on pacing andperformance
• Expert Excel skills includingability to analyze data to understandtrends
• Experience using PowerBI, Tableau orother data visualization tools to perform trendanalysis
• Ability to work both with a teamand/or individually to achieve goals, meet deadlines,etc.
• Ability to juggle various workactivities and shift their attention from one task to another tomeet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping theball"
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a "roll up yoursleeves" and "win every day" mentality
• Holdoneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals
• Detail-oriented and canfocus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effectivepathway to completion
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills at all levels to communicate withinternal and external stakeholdersarticulately
• Ability to logically connectideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies anderrors in work, solve complex problems, and engage inreflection
• Ability to provide timely andempathetic service through all communication channels keeping peerand customer needs first
• Proficiency usingMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,and/or Access)
• Must be legally authorized towork in country of employment without sponsorship for employmentvisa status (e.g., H1B status).

• Experience utilizing ad management tools preferred.
