    Overview:

    Join our dynamic team in San Diego, CA, as a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Specialist dedicated to spearheading new service and project sales within the thriving commercial HVAC market. This pivotal role centers on managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to project completion, emphasizing client satisfaction at every turn. Key responsibilities include developing new business, crafting strategic sales proposals, and overseeing project delivery to ensure profitability and alignment with sales objectives.

    Responsibilities:
    • Drive the acquisition of new service and project sales in the commercial HVAC sector, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
    • Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals to both new and existing clients, securing projects that contribute to profit margins and sales growth.
    • Foster and expand client relationships through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and diligent follow-ups.
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, guaranteeing client specifications are met with utmost satisfaction.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client needs to cultivate lasting business relationships and encourage repeat business.
    • Achieve and surpass established sales quotas and financial objectives.
    • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless communication across all phases of project execution.
    • Work collaboratively with engineering and technical teams to align project outcomes with client expectations.
    • Stay informed on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive dynamics, providing valuable insights to the management team.
    Requirements:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, coupled with a solid track record in generating successful service sales.
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple project sales simultaneously, with a keen focus on meeting sales targets and adhering to tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrated sales prowess, with a history of effectively identifying and converting new business opportunities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of autonomous work as well as collaborative team engagement.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
    • Based in or willing to relocate to San Diego, CA, with a consistent and reliable professional history in the HVAC field.
