- Sell our language and transportation services to insurance adjusters and open new accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the workers' compensation market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
- Utilize various prospecting methods, including networking through LinkedIn, generating leads, and working with existing lead lists
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Occasionally assist with operational tasks as needed
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the workers' compensation or insurance industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of the workers' compensation claims process and the needs of insurance adjusters
- Ability to articulate the value of our language and transportation services in the context of workers' compensation
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sales prospecting
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
