    Description

    The Integrity Company, a leading provider of language and transportation solutions in the workers' compensation industry, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time, commission-only basis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sell our language and transportation services to insurance adjusters and open new accounts
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the workers' compensation market
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
    • Utilize various prospecting methods, including networking through LinkedIn, generating leads, and working with existing lead lists
    • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
    • Occasionally assist with operational tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the workers' compensation or insurance industries
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Strong understanding of the workers' compensation claims process and the needs of insurance adjusters
    • Ability to articulate the value of our language and transportation services in the context of workers' compensation
    • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sales prospecting
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus

    This is a full-time, commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. We offer a supportive team environment, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic, fast-paced company.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Expected hours: 25-35 per week

    Weekly day range:

    • Monday to Friday

    Work Location: Remote
