JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cold calling with sales Experience, Must be able to schedule webinars for customers and close deals.
Experience in employment, educational and professional/personal reference checks in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
Review documents such as Name and Address History, Credit Report, etc. to identify information in order to process request(s) for public record(s) in applicable jurisdiction.
Verification Specialists fill the role of processing inbound & outbound telephone calls to verify employment history, educational degrees and to perform personal and professional reference interviews.
Document all efforts to convey status information clearly and concisely to the client.
Must comply with law, company policies and procedures, and the highest ethical standards.
Must display a helpful demeanor, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and demonstrate the ability to be a contributing team member in a fastpaced, constantly changing environment.
