    LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leader in the building materials space looking to add a strong Recruiting Assistant to the team.     As a Recruiting Assistant, you will be an integral part of their TA team, supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that this company attracts and retains top talent while providing exceptional candidate experience.

    Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate interviews, meetings and travel arrangements for candidates and interview panels
    • Manage the candidate communication process, ensuring timely updates and feedback
    • Collaborate with recruiters to create and post job descriptions on various job boards and their company website
    • Assist with resume screening and application tracking
    • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry and maintaining candidate records
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires
    Recruiting Assistant Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or in HR administration is a plus
    • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
