- Technically and functionally lead BI portfolio for North America region (USA + Canada).
- Collaborate with US business on BI topics and serve as a business partner in driving solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare specifications for product development and BI upgrades/enhancements.
- Identify development opportunities to improve and streamline BI support across NA business (such as performance improvements)
- Working alongside a global team of Architects, Developers, Support Engineers, Product and Project Managers, support the process to design & develop BI solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Microsoft SQL Server skills including SSIS, SSAS, DW & PowerBI.
- Excellent email and phone communication skills
- Experience in guiding BI Support Engineers
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Ability to read code and support applications, reports and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentations skills
